Nice Room for Oktoberfest/ Schönes Zimmer für die Wiesn!

Liebe Wiesnbesucher/ Wiesnbedienungen!

Ich vermiete ein schönes geräumiges 16qm Zimmer an euch während der Oktoberfestzeit für 60Euro/ Nacht pauschal !
(max. 3 Gäste, der Preis teilt sich dann entsprechend durch die Personenanzahl).

Euch steht für den Aufenthalt zur Verfügung:
Ein Bett 160x 200 mit Garnitur, wenn notwendig eine EXTRAMATRATZE ZUSÄTZLICH vorhanden- so können bis zu 3 Leute komfortabel übernachten!
Badezimmer (Badetücher bekommt ihr von mir nach Bedarf), Toilette, Küche wird natürlich mitbenutzt.
Ein grosser AEZ Supermarkt ist 50 m vom Haus entfernt und deckt alle Wünsche ab.
Eine schöne Panoramaaussicht gibt es aus dem Fenster auf die gesamte Stadt (8. Stock)!

Nicht willkommen: Rauchen, Lärm nach 22 Uhr, den älteren Nachbarn zuliebe ;)

Anfahrt zum Oktoberfest ist simpel und bequem:
Ubahn Fürstenried West in 10-15Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, dann mit der U-3 bis Goetheplatz, ca. 15 min - schon seid ihr angekommen!
Oder auch möglich: Fahrt etwa 45 min direkt mit dem Bus 134 direkt zur Theresienwiese.

Eine Kaution in Höhe von 50€ für den Hausschlüssel soll bei eurer Ankunft bei der Wohnungseigentümerin hinterlegt werden und wird am Ende eures Aufenthaltes zurückerstattet.

DEAR VISITORS OF THE OKTOBERFEST IN MUNICH

I'm offering you a nice, cozy room to stay for €60/ night in total, 3 people max.( e.g. the price of 60Euro will be split according to the number of people)

You'll be staying in a 16 qm room with a double bed, an additional matrace is available, so up to 3 people can have a comfortable rest.Bathroom and kitchen can be used as well of course, a huge supermarket right across the street cover all needs of yours.

NO GO: Smoking, making noise after 10 p.m. - my senior neighbors'll really appreciate your kindness!

Getting to the Oktoberfest: Simple!!

A 10 minutes walk to the U-Bahn station, 15 minutes ride by train and you're there. Also possible: riding by bus (about 45 minutes) directly to Theresienwiese.


A deposit of 50€ for the house key is required and needs to be forwarded to the houseowner (me) in the beginning of your stay, will be returned at your departure.
